Mental Health Wellbeing Project

We are a registered charity based in Wakefield and our social mission is to ensure that all children/adults who have mental health/disabilities have the opportunities to achieve their aspirations in life. We are committed to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of adults, children and young people.

Our ambitions are simple. We want to ensure that individuals with mental health have a voice, and to be part of a wider solution that supports better health outcomes at every level of society. We are at the forefront of creativity and innovation in services to help raise awareness about mental health and the effects this has on children adults and their family members.

We do this by providing the following services

• One-to-one support
• Telephone and email support
• Group meetings
• Training on all health matters and equal rights
• Attendance at multi-agency meetings, appeals, medical appointments
• General advocacy
• Benefit advice

If you need any advice or support do not hesitate to contact us.
